At Abc carpet & home, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and condition, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a white-glove pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
